Send us the product name or a link, along with what you’d like to check. For questions about an edition, sealed contents or box condition, let us know the detail that matters to you.
Help with an order
Include your order number and a short description of what you need help with. For delivery enquiries, include any update you’ve received from the courier.
An item arrived damaged
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Include your order number so we can identify the order.
