How much is UAE delivery?
Delivery within the UAE costs AED 35 per shipment. Vault Room stores and packs your order, and Quiqup collects and delivers it.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 5 PM GST are processed from the next business day. Processing can take longer during launches and busy drops. Processing time is separate from delivery time.
Are your collectibles authentic?
Authenticity guaranteed or full refund. If you have a question about a particular item, contact us before ordering.
How do I check the condition of an item?
Check the product description and photos for the edition, contents and condition of the item. If you need a closer look or clarification about a box or seal, ask Vault Room before placing your order.
What if I need to return an item?
Opened trading card products are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, tampered or resealed products. If an item arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. See our returns policy for the full terms.
